In a shocking incident of murder-suicide, a 44-year-old IT professional allegedly killed his 40-year-old wife and their 8-year-old son before hanging himself in Pune's Aundh area. DCP Shashikant Borate informed that three bodies were recovered from Natasha Building in the Aundh area.

Police believe that Sudipto Ganguly murdered his wife, Priyanka and their son Tanishk by suffocating them with a plastic sheet. The marks on the faces of the mother and son suggested suffocation with plastic. After committing the murders, Sudipto is believed to have hanged himself.

As per preliminary information, Sudipto Ganguly worked at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS).
